The State Council-Khase of Adygea discussed the strategy of tourism development in the republic

I can culturally rest: Adygea

In Adygea, the main aspects of the developed concept of tourism development for 2018 and the planning period 2019-2025 were discussed.

In particular, it is planned to divide the territories into four zones of tourism development: Maykop and its surroundings, Dakhovskaya, Kamennomostskiy and their surroundings, the Lagonaki plateau and its surroundings, as well as the Takhtamukaysky and Teuchezhsky districts bordering on Krasnodar.

- One of the main points of growth of the tourism industry is the creation of a ski resort with the involvement of an anchor investor for the implementation of the Lagonaki project. This will lead to an increase in the tourist flow by 1-1.2 million tourists per year, - said the chairman of the RA Committee for Tourism and Resorts Inver Kalashaov.

Experts propose to pay special attention to the issues of creating a resort appearance and infrastructure in the settlements of the tourist zone, the construction of multifunctional entertainment and sports complexes, the organization of the Adler - Maikop - Khadzhokh railway connection and, in the future, Rostov-on-Don - Khadzhokh ...

Let us remind you that over 11 years more than 5 billion rubles have been allocated for the development of the supporting infrastructure. In 2014-2015. 25 km of gas pipeline, 73 km of water pipeline and related infrastructure were built. In 2016, construction began on a 95 km gas pipeline to the mountain village. Guzeripl. In addition, in 2019 it is planned to begin construction of a road for looping the routes Maikop - Guzeripl and Dakhovskaya - Lagonaki.

The main aspects of tourism development for 2018 were discussed in Adygea

Chairman of the parliamentary committee for tourism, ecology and nature management Igor Cheskidov held a meeting on the development of the republic's tourist and recreational complex.

“The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Adygea Alexey Poddubny, Deputy of the State Council-Khase Alexander Kolesnikov, representatives of local governments, business communities in the field of tourism services, as well as higher educational institutions of the republic ", - reported in the apparatus of the State Council-Khase.

The participants discussed the strategic directions of the proposed concept for the development of the tourist and recreational complex of the Republic of Adygea, shared their experience in this area, identified existing problems and made proposals for solving certain issues. To solve current problems at the meeting, it was decided to hold regular meetings of representatives of state authorities and entrepreneurs.

“Our task is not just to develop a strategy for the development of tourism in Adygea. It is necessary to fill it with specific events, the implementation of which will increase the flow of tourists at times. And today's meeting is an indicator that the government is open for dialogue and is ready to listen to the specific proposals of business representatives in the tourism sector, because they know the existing problems and ways to solve them like no one else, ”said Igor Cheskidov.

The main direction is active rest. Recently, event tourism is gaining popularity, which is developing on the basis of public-private partnerships. The holding of mass tourist festivals is already becoming a tradition. The emphasis is on gastronomic festivals, since up to 40% of tourists choose a vacation spot based on their gastronomic preferences.

Experts suggest paying special attention to the issues of creating a resort look

- We have both human and creative resources and wonderful nature. These are two main conditions for the development of ethnotourism. Why are we slowing down? Yes, maybe we won't get a profit right away. But a stable income for small business, tourism and culture of Adygea will be provided for many years, ”said Nafiset Kushu, director of the North Caucasian branch of the State Museum of Oriental Arts, in an interview with“ AiF-Adygea ”on the eve of the International Day of Tourism.

Mecca for tourists

- In Soviet times, the concept of "ethnotourism" did not exist. But they did not complain about the reduction of the tourist flow to Adygea. Doesn't Adygea now have something to boast about?

- That's just the point, there is! As long as the craftsmen are alive, as long as folk crafts exist, as long as we have brands such as Adyghe cheese and Maykop mineral water, ethnotourism should become the first direction in our work. I understand that a tourist cluster is necessary. And the fact that the authorities are engaged in such a global project commands respect. But a ski resort has been built for more than one year. And a completely different direction. It is ineffective to develop profitable ethnographic tourism as a separate type of service that could create an independent tourist flow. It should be an addition to the main types of recreation in Adygea: alpine skiing, mountaineering and treatment in sanatoriums. But why not help small and medium-sized businesses to help the authorities and start developing this type of tourism?

When I was in France, I saw this model in action. In the town of Losh, where our famous artist Mikhail Shemyakin lives, 8 thousand people. At the same time, the tourist flow to a small French town is 360 thousand people. They live ethno-tourism! What can you see in Loch? The fortress walls of the ancient prison are a unique monument of the Middle Ages, the castle of the 16th century Chateau de Chamusso, where even now you can plunge into the atmosphere of the creative workshop of Mikhail Shemyakin, and where the most interesting works of painters, sculptors and graphic artists of the North Caucasus will be exhibited in the future. The French provincial town of Los is famous for this! People are ready to spend a lot of money in order to touch ancient cultures, to see modern trends in the art of the Caucasus. Of course, we have something to offer. But for some reason we don't offer it.

Inherited brand

- Maybe we don't know where to start this profitable business?

-Azishskaya cave and part of Lago-Naki - this is already the Krasnodar Territory. One can argue about this, but it cannot be ignored. Therefore, it is necessary to start with the development of a general concept of tourist trips with the Krasnodar Territory, the obligatory program of which, within the framework of the cultural agreement with the Kuban, should be trips to the Rufabgo waterfalls and the Khadzhokh gorge. But people need bread and circuses! Bread will be the Adyghe cheese made right there by craftswomen. A spectacle - right at the waterfalls, a legend played out by actors in national costumes. And when friends ask: "What can you see in Adygea?" No more, no less - right on the spot I saw the legends of the waterfalls and tasted fresh Adyghe cheese, which was cooked in my presence.

Demand creates supply. Friends from all over Russia often come to me. And do you know what the first question is? "Where can I buy Adyghe cheese?" Cheese festival is not enough. If the cheese is so famous, add a visit to the Adyghe cheese market built in ethnic style in Maykop. In order not only to buy cheese, you could, but also taste national cuisine, buy guubats and kalyuzhi in the heat of the heat, sit with friends in an impromptu kunatskaya, listen to ethnic music, watch dances. And not only for tourists.

In general, you need to start with the organization of the Adyghe ethnic backyard. What is the Adyghe Saklya? This is, first of all, a hearth in a large kunatskaya, each courtyard is an open-air museum. And Abdullah Bersirov has a ready-made project "Caucasian aul". Take it, build it! Make some ethnic style hotels. With sakli, the cultivation of butter, cheese, folk crafts right in the open air. So that there is one service for each visitor. It could be a family business.

Again, there is experience. I read a lot about the ethnic village Zhaskala. 10 yurts in the national style were installed on the coast of the Caspian Sea. The yurts were equipped with split systems and everything necessary for a comfortable rest of tourists. Gourmets can taste dishes of European and Oriental cuisines. For fidgets, a choice of about 30 tour routes to the sights of the region is offered. There is an opportunity to acquaint tourists with farmers who produce shubat and kumis, grow watermelons and melons in the desert. Foreign ethnotourists are surprised by hardy Adai horses, astrakhan sheep, which are popularly called the "black rose" of the desert. And the flow of interested people is endless! I will ask again: why are we worse?

The issue of the development of the tourist complex was discussed today by the participants of the Coordination Council for Economic Policy under the leadership of the Acting Head of the Republic of Armenia Murat Kumpilov.

238 entities currently work in the tourism sector of the republic: tourist complexes, hotels, guest houses, recreation centers, as well as entrepreneurs engaged in excursions and offering active recreation services, the press service of the head of Adygea reports.

The Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Armenia Oleg Toporov, as one of the measures to stimulate tax deductions, proposed to work out the issue of refunding taxes received from the entity in the tourism sector in the form of gratuitous transfers to the budgets of settlements for the development of local infrastructure.

Murat Kumpilov called for a systematic approach to this issue.

“Taking the participants of the“ shadow ”tourist market into a legal channel should be stimulated not only by the control and supervisory authorities. It is important to actively involve the heads of rural settlements in this work, ”said Murat Kumpilov.

And dygea are mountains of pleasure for those who do not like to portray a starfish on the beach. The republic, which opens the list of regions of the country, can indeed become number one on the Russian extreme tourism map. Here you can raft along rough rivers, go down into caves, climb to the peaks, try a hang glider or ATV, walk along the gorges on foot or on horseback - in general, for those who need adrenaline, there is a suitable height, depth and speed in Adygea. However, even if you are not a hardcore extreme and are more inclined towards contemplation, the amazing beauty of the local wild nature and the rich history of this region will give you many vivid impressions.

General information

The first mentions of the ancestors of modern Circassians appear in ancient Greek sources in the 5th – 6th centuries BC. e. In the ancient Russian chronicles, this people is called "kosogi". The Great Silk Road from Asia to Europe went through their territory. Now Adygea is surrounded on all sides by the territory of the Krasnodar Territory. There is no sea here, only rivers, waterfalls and springs. The climate is mild and temperate. Summers are hot, with frequent thunderstorms in the foothills. It should be remembered that in the mountains, due to the peculiarities of the relief, it will be cool even on the hottest June day.

History

The most interesting and mysterious monuments of ancient history in Adygea are dolmens. Scientists are still arguing about the purpose of these ancient buildings made of flat stone slabs. Perhaps these are tombs or places of worship. The Adygs themselves call dolmens "Sirp un" - "houses of dwarfs". According to local legends, these dwarfs were something like Western European gnomes: they had the ability to find rare metals and precious stones, which they hid in their stone dwellings. Adyghe dolmens are interesting because they are often located in whole groups. So, in the tract Bogatyrskaya Polyana in the village of Novosvobodnaya, a whole alley is made of 50 stone buildings. The most visited dolmen in the republic is Khadzhokh, it is located in the village of Kamennomostsky (Khadzhokh). According to some reports, it was built at the beginning of the 3rd millennium BC. e. In the same village, enthusiasts have organized the Museum "Rock Garden". Here is a valuable geological collection of various stones and minerals. Tourists will be shown a great rarity - ammonites, fossilized ancient mollusks.

The Dakhovsky egg bridge in the village of Dakhovskaya is called so because during the construction, egg white was added to the solution. The condition of the bridge testifies in favor of this technology. It was built across the Dakh River by the Cossacks in 1906. And it is still perfectly preserved. Despite the fact that the Cossacks built it forcibly, as a punishment. The 2nd Urup Cossack regiment refused to take over the police functions and did not go to Georgian Tiflis to suppress the workers' uprising. Instead, the Cossacks dispersed to their villages. Such pacifism cost the villagers dearly: some of them were sent to hard labor, and some - to improve the transport infrastructure of the Russian Empire. The bridge they built could withstand huge timber trucks in peacetime, and even tanks in the war years. Now, in order to preserve the historical building, a modern bridge has been erected nearby.

St. Michael's Monastery in the village of Pobeda is considered the highest mountain monastery in Russia. The monastery was founded back in 1877. Every pilgrim who came here brought stones for construction with him. And not only cells and temples were built here: on the territory of the monastery there was even an alabaster factory, a meteorological station, a hospital and a school for children from the nearby villages. During the persecution of religion, a children's labor colony, a state farm, or a tourist center were located here. This place was finally returned to the Orthodox Church only in 2003. But there are no fewer tourists here: this is one of the most visited places in Adygea, especially since a whole network of popular hiking and even horse trails passes nearby.

Culture

The North Caucasian branch of the State Museum of Oriental Art in Maykop was opened in 1985. This is the only museum in Russia that specializes in the collection of art monuments from the entire North Caucasus. More than five thousand exhibits are kept here, including unique items found near the village of Ulyap. Among them is the world-famous silver rhyton (goblet) with the front part of the winged Pegasus. Other treasures of the Adyghe burial mounds and arts and crafts are exhibited here: precious metals and stones, weapons, dishes, gold embroidery. In addition, the museum collects paintings by contemporary Caucasian artists.

The State Academic Folk Dance Ensemble "Nalmes" is a real diamond of the modern Adyghe culture. ("Nalmes", by the way, is translated from the Adyghe as "diamond".) This is a group that performs not only original folk dances, but also modern choreographic performances - of course, based on ancient folk traditions. The ensemble has repeatedly become a laureate of prestigious international festivals. Unfortunately, it is not easy to find him in Maykop: the band has a very busy touring schedule.
