WHO CAN RECEIVE THE GRANT AND UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS

Rosturizm will accept applications for grants from September 22, 2020 to October 8, 2020. Only Russian legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered no later than March 22, 2020

The maximum grant amount per application is 3 million rubles. At the same time, the project should be implemented with the grant funds only partially. The participant's own funds must be at least 30% of the grant.

The Competition Committee may decide to provide a participant with an amount less than he requested in the grant application. In this case, the participant can attract additional extra-budgetary funds for the implementation of the project or refuse the grant.

Among other requirements for a participant are experience (availability of implemented projects on the stated topic), qualifications, consistency of project implementation with local government bodies of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation. WHAT PROJECTS ARE GRANTED FOR

The regulation on the competition provides for several areas of activities for the implementation of which a grant can be allocated.

First, this is the purchase of tourist equipment, modular hotels, equipment for tourist information centers, rental points, tourist display facilities and entertainment infrastructure, including children's entertainment complexes. The purchase of equipment and equipment is subsidized in order to ensure the operation of tourist facilities, including goods for recreation and sports equipment, as well as pleasure boats, snowmobiles, motor vehicles (including all-terrain vehicles), electric vehicles, minibuses, cars from 6 seats.

A grant may be issued for the development of new tourist routes (including marking, navigation, security, the organization of dedicated recreation areas), mobile applications - travel guides and the creation of audio guides.

Also, a subsidy in the form of a grant can be obtained for the implementation of social projects aimed at creating and developing an accessible tourist environment for people with disabilities, stimulating the development of inclusive tourism (equipping ramps, lifts, adaptation work to create a barrier-free environment etc.).
