Many innovative projects can literally be considered future technologies. Organ transplantation, stem cell transplantation and even cloning no longer seem fantastic. Humanity has got rid of the fear of many previously incurable diseases. Every year, scientists make amazing discoveries, develop the latest diagnostic and treatment technologies, and progress does not stop for a minute.

Medicine has undergone many changes over the last century. New methods of treatment have appeared and continue to appear, which often no longer require surgical intervention, long recovery and patient care. Now, in just a few hours, you can solve the most difficult health problem. With the help of modern equipment, doctors can easily make the most difficult diagnosis, determine the cause of the disease and prescribe its treatment.

Not only in the long term, but even today, new technologies in medicine are helping to restore health to thousands of people, and it is not possible to list all these technologies and developments. New technologies in oncology, pharmaceuticals, ophthalmology are of particular interest.

In our country, first of all, it is necessary to invest in innovations in medicine. After all, the provision of Russia with drugs is more than 8 times less than that of the United States, and the level of government spending on health care is one of the lowest, which undoubtedly affects the life expectancy of the population and the mortality rate [1].

The aim of the work is to consider innovative approaches in medicine and related industries.

The following tasks were set and considered in the work:

- consider the peculiarities of innovations in medicine;

- highlight the most relevant areas of innovation implementation;

- analyze the practical application of innovations;

Modern science is rich in discoveries that previously could only be dreamed of. Medicine is no exception. The miracles of science fiction become reality. Treatment for depression, ways to fight cancer, organ transplants (even the human head) are not myths, but reality.

Innovative discoveries help restore health and increase the life expectancy of people.

The innovative activity of healthcare institutions is expressed in high-tech equipment, training, creating conditions for the emergence of innovations that should become a priority in medicine of the XXI century.

Rapid Healthcare

Remote health monitoring allows you to provide emergency assistance and treatment at home. It helps save the lives of people with acute heart attacks. It is convenient for seriously ill patients, infirm or undergoing surgery, and completing their treatment at home.

Remote treatment is carried out using mobile innovative technologies and video communication between the doctor and the patient, health monitoring - with special drugs attached to the patient. Modern equipment monitors pressure, heart rate, pulse rate. The online doctor monitors the indications, gives express advice and can provide the necessary medical assistance at any time.

This system is able to prevent an impending heart attack.

Tooth regeneration

The innovation for the restoration of damaged tissue has been used in dentistry since 2017 to replace diseased, fallen teeth. Experiments on regeneration were carried out by Japanese scientists.

For this, the tooth rudiments of mouse embryos were used, which, together with stem cells, were implanted into the jaw of an adult mouse. After 36 days, a new tooth grew, in which both the root and the enamel of the pulp are all real. This procedure requires considerable financial costs, not everyone can afford, but over time it will become available to everyone.
